Privacy policy

Last updated: 10/10/2026

At Voltarms we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our store or buy from us, how we use it and what rights you have.

What information we collect

  • Data you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the content of the messages you send us.
  • Order data: products purchased, amount and payment status. We do not store your full card details: payment is processed by an external payment provider.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookie data.

How we use your data

  • Process and ship your orders, and handle refunds and replacements.
  • Answer your questions and provide support.
  • Prevent fraud and protect the security of the store.
  • Improve the site and measure the performance of our advertising.
  • Send you promotional emails, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with those we need in order to operate:

  • Shopify, the platform that hosts our store.
  • Payment processors, to charge you for your purchase.
  • Shipping and logistics companies, to deliver your order.
  • Marketing and analytics providers, such as [Meta, Google, email], if we use them.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

Because we sell to customers in several countries, your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence, including the United States and Guatemala.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the cart and checkout work, remember your preferences, and measure traffic and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features of the store may stop working.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described and for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial laws. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw your consent.

  • If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR or equivalent rules protect you, including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
  • If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask what data we hold about you and request its deletion. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, unless we expressly state otherwise.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at maylinmeridadubon@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity.

Minors

Our products may appeal to minors, but the store is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 / 16. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with its update date.
